Refund and Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products, Ettemad Agro Pvt Ltd follows a strict refund and return policy.
1. No General Returns
As a supplier of fresh meat suppliers India and frozen meat supplier India, returns are not accepted once products are delivered.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Quantity mismatch
- Product received in damaged or spoiled condition
This includes seafood, poultry, and halal products.
3. Reporting Timeline
Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos for verification.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds may be adjusted against future orders if mutually agreed.
5. Special Orders Disclaimer
Orders involving customised meat cuts supplier India, including chicken curry cut, boneless breast, or mutton keema, are non-returnable unless quality issues are reported immediately.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Cancellation before dispatch is subject to order status and preparation stage.
7. Credit Supply & Non-Payment Disclaimer
In cases where products are supplied on credit, refund or return claims shall not be entertained if payment obligations are not met within the agreed credit period.
Non-payment or delayed payment automatically voids any pending claims related to adjustments, replacements, or future credits unless resolved mutually in writing.
