1. Delivery Coverage
We provide bulk meat supply in India, covering major regions as:
- Meat supplier North India
- Meat supplier South India
Service availability depends on product type and cold-chain feasibility.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery schedules are shared at order confirmation.
- Timelines may vary due to distance, weather, or logistical constraints.
3. Cold Chain & Handling
All perishable products are shipped using temperature-controlled meat delivery in India to maintain freshness. This is critical for seafood, poultry, and mutton supplied to hotels and cloud kitchens.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure availability to receive deliveries.
- Delays due to unavailability may result in quality impact, for which Ettemad Agro Products will not be responsible.
5. Target Segments
We regularly supply:
- Seafood suppliers for hotels & cloud kitchens
- Bulk mutton delivery for restaurants
- Institutional and corporate kitchens
6. Export & International Shipping (Future Provision)
Currently, Ettemad Agro Products focuses on domestic supply within India. However, in the event of accepting export orders in the future:
- Shipping terms will be defined separately for each export order
- International shipping timelines, cold-chain requirements, and documentation will be governed by export agreements
- Risk transfer, insurance, and delivery responsibility will be as per agreed Incoterms
Domestic shipping policies shall not apply to overseas orders unless explicitly mentioned.
