Welcome to Ettemad Agro Pvt Ltd, a trusted B2B meat supplier in India. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all business clients, including restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.

1. Business Scope

Ettemad Agro Products operates as a wholesale meat supplier in India, offering farm-fresh and frozen products including poultry, mutton, seafood, and eggs. We serve as a premium meat distributor for B2B clients with temperature-controlled logistics and customised supply solutions across India.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended strictly for commercial and institutional buyers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and enter into binding agreements.

3. Products & Availability

  • Products offered include fresh and frozen meat, halal poultry, seafood, and bulk egg supplies.
  • Availability may vary due to sourcing, seasonality, or market conditions.
  • Images and descriptions are indicative and may differ slightly from delivered products.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted based on prevailing market rates.
  • All pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes, logistics, and cold-chain handling unless specified.
  • Ettemad Agro Products reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance

Orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of advance payment where applicable. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on operational feasibility.

6. Quality & Handling

As a halal meat supplier in India and fresh meat distributor India, we follow industry-standard hygiene and storage practices. Products are handled using temperature-controlled meat delivery systems in India to maintain freshness and safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ettemad Agro Products shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Credit Sales & Payment Obligations (MSME Compliance)

Ettemad Agro Products operates as a registered MSME enterprise. Any material supplied on credit is governed by mutually agreed payment terms mentioned in the invoice, purchase order, or written communication.

Failure to make payment within the agreed credit period shall be treated as a default. In such cases:

  • Ettemad Agro Products reserves the right to suspend further supplies without prior notice
  • Interest may be levied on delayed payments as applicable under the MSME Development Act, 2006
  • Legal remedies may be initiated for recovery of dues, including proceedings under MSME Samadhan or other applicable laws
  • All costs related to recovery, legal action, or dispute resolution shall be borne by the defaulting buyer

This clause applies to all buyers receiving goods under credit, including restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, wholesalers, and institutional clients.

10. Legal Rights Under MSME Act

As an MSME-registered B2B meat supplier in India, Ettemad Agro Pvt Ltd is entitled to enforce its legal rights in case of delayed or non-payment. Buyers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delayed payments beyond the agreed credit period are a violation of MSME payment norms
  • Disputes arising from non-payment may be escalated to appropriate legal or statutory authorities
  • Jurisdiction for such matters shall remain within India

11. Overseas Orders & Export Policy (Future Scope)

Ettemad Agro Pvt Ltd holds a valid EXIM license and may accept overseas or export orders in the future, subject to feasibility and regulatory approvals.

For export or international orders:

  • All terms including pricing, quantity, quality specifications, delivery timelines, and payment structure shall be governed by a separate written export agreement
  • Advance payment, Letter of Credit (LC), or mutually agreed secure payment modes may be mandatory
  • Compliance with export laws, customs regulations, destination country food laws, and logistics requirements shall be followed
  • Ettemad Agro Products shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics, or force majeure events

Export orders, when accepted, shall be governed by applicable international trade practices and Indian export regulations.
